Shipping & Returns

Dear customer, according to SELANUSA stocks, our primary interest is, you receive your order complete and correct. However, in the event that you receive a product that was not requested or is in irregular condition, we would appreciate proceeding as follows:

1)     Please carefully review your Purchase Order with the codes and names of the products ordered. With the wide variety of models, numbers and colors that we handle, it is common what we supply does correspond to what you bought online, although, sometimes the color or size does not match what you wanted to order.

2) We inform you that returns are not accepted nor are there reimbursements for products that, by their nature, present normal variations in color or size, such as products of animal origin: Feathers, Fur and articles whose color tones can vary from batch to batch such as stamens , beads, etc.

In the event that your products present any damage derived from the transportation process, missing products, or incorrect assortment, you must inform us within 2 days (48 hours) after receiving the merchandise by sending an email to devolucion @ selanusa. or by phone at 55-9179-8900 explaining your situation, in order to agree on what the return and / or reimbursement will be, in which under no circumstances will the amount be higher than the order amount. Shipping costs are not refundable.
